Armenia U-21 plays with Turkey, Ireland, Switzerland, Georgia and Estonia
On February 4 European U-21 Championship qualification round draw took place in Aarhus, Denmark. Armenia U-21 National Team is in the second group with Turkey, Switzerland, Ireland, Georgia and Estonia U-21 National teams. The qualification round will start on March 28 2009 and will close on September 7 2010. All National Teams are divided into 10 groups. The first 10 place teams and 4 runners up in the groups will continue the competition in play off for final tournament 7 spots. The final tournament will take place on June 2010 in Denmark. Jan Poulsen announced the squad leaving for Cyprus
