Post-match reactions

Samvel Adamyan, Armenia National Team Head Coach

I am very disappointed with the team. The players were dispirited after the first match. We tried to correct it that but the result we got was not enough. The players lost the confidence and we must do our best to recreate it. Absence of our two main players also had an effect on the game of course.
Estonia National team was stronger then Kazakhstan. They were more discipline and organized. Kazakhstan also had some good players and they managed to gain victory for their team.
I consider this tournament as World Cup qualification round. We must draw right conclusions and correct all the defects we have now.

Boris Yemelin, Kazakhstan National Team Head Coach

It was a difficult match. Both teams strongly desired to win making several strong attacks. We just took our chance. The passes were not too correct but I think it was because of willing to win. Comparing Estonia and Armenia National Teams I would say that Estonia had stronger defence trying to use their leader Anastasia Morkovkina's best qualities at the same time. Armenia mostly tried to control the ball. The teams had different styles and we had difficulties to fight them both.
I think that the second place in this tournament, where all the teams were almost on one level, is a good result.
