Armenia U-17 national team played second friendly match with Russia U-17 team and ended the game in a 1-1 draw. Guests opened the score in first half, in the second Viulen Ayvazyan equalized the score with a head shot after free-kick. more »

Armenia U-17 2-0 Russia U-17
Armenia U-17 national team played first of two staged friendlies with Russia U-17 team and won the match with 2:0 score. Eduard Avagyan opened the score with close range shot at the first minutes of game, played in Football Academy. Sargis Shahiyan doubled the score with brilliant free-kick at the last minute of the match.

Armenia is on the 71st place in FIFA Coca Cola Ranking
On August 24 FIFA Coca Cola ranking was issued. Compared with the version published on July 27, Armenia team dropped one position and occupied 71st place. The first place occupied the Netherlands, world and European champions - Spain is the second and third place is for German national team.
The next version will be published on September 21.
